Really, Well not really, But there great, They are my solace,and comfort here  when ever I feel bad and meditate with me and often longer and better then I, LOL.

I find great comfort in them,because they expect nothing and are always grateful for the smallest kindness ,These sweet things in life make me better then I am and better to all I come across. They are tolerant and give all they are.

The Divine in me is grateful , 

Let yourself enjoy the day , Do so with Your furry friends , Or 
those who are not furry.  Allow bliss to be in your day..

Sigh::::::::::::: Every one I know or hear about is tired, We feel pushed and pulled from just about everything, Masks gloves social distancing ,  What I have found is every once in a while just when you think if any one gets in my way I well I don't know , But something,, Then someone speaks something kind is happening you can feel your self take a deep breath , even though your wearing a mask the smile reaches the eyes and the kind person knows it. You feel better, such a small thing yet means so much, The divine heart has shown up,the heart is a great place to visit ,to share as this person has just done.                                                            Oct : Deep Breath. Here we are still getting used to covid and all it brings. Every one is tired, If it is possible for you to meditate sit for as long as you are able in a quite clean spot and just be. Allow the Divine heart to bring you peace,  Let the mind just drift, Be still breath in breath out long breaths, Just be allow everything to simply drift by. Take time for yourself. Let the heart lead you.  Find comfort in your ability to be still. The world is trying to come to grips with everything. Let it do it. Simply observe. Remember a simple kindness goes a very long way.It will recharge you and those to whom you give kindness. It can be a simple as just asking are you OK today. Allow the divine heart to carry you through, Receive what ever comes your way with a good heart and let it all drift. I wish you well and share the divine heart with you all. from my heart to yours.
