This is a time when we are all it seems in some crisis or another, What with covid  and the stress that goes with it.

Just taking a breath can feel like its a job. 

If you can think, close your eyes, lean back and think about a misty 
day.,,
 Cool slightly moist the air,An Ahh:::::::::::::: moment

 Take a deep breath hold the image, breath nice and slow, just be there and drift,

Let everything around you just fall away,everything else can wait, 

Breath slow  gently, 

The Divine is an awareness of something other then you if you allow yourself to accept that you are in the divine Mist  you will feel lighter move more slowly be more gentle with yourself.

If you are one who can meditate then this will be easier. 
This does not mean that you can not do what some one who may be well practiced . 

If you can give your self a small spot in your home, Just for you make sure it is empty and clean Hang if you  can light coloured drapes in and around this space.

Other wise just a simple quite spot will be fine.
Sit and settle.Bring to mind that which is good for you. A place in a gentle mist. the sound of water, The sea.

And just let the mind find its way. allow yourself to be better hear the sound of water, sigh:::::::::::::::::::Just be. 

Allow yourself to simply drift.
